5.4/10

When I arrived at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed by the outdated rooms, including the stained carpet and furniture that definitely needed some updating. The hotel's name suggests suites, but it's far from luxurious, just a regular room. On the bright side, the service was friendly and professional, making the stay pleasant. The location was convenient, close to the main strip, and opposite Encore, but the nearby 6-lane highway was a drawback. Dining options were limited and left much to be desired, but the grilled vegetables were a decent choice. Overall, the facilities could use some improvement to match the price paid for the stay.

6.6/10

The hotel is conveniently located near the strip, offering clean and comfortable rooms with a delicious breakfast bar and access to a nice pool. However, the name might be misleading as it's not exactly a suite hotel. Service can be improved as there were delays in getting clean towels and room cleaning. The location is great for the Convention Center but may not feel very safe. Dining options were limited, with breakfast only on weekends. Facilities are adequate but crowded with families.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms, although not true suites, are in great shape, and the breakfast bar is full and delicious. There is also a nice pool and proximity to the strip.

7.0/10

The hotel is conveniently located near the Las Vegas Convention Center and is a short walk from the main strip, including Wynn and Encore. While the service was friendly, it could have been more proactive in exceeding expectations. The room would benefit from a much-needed upgrade to address noise and scent issues. The dining experience was satisfying, but limited breakfast options on weekends could be improved.

Rooms

The rooms really require an upgrade, especially regarding noise and smell from outside.
Service

5.0/10

The hotel is not what I expected, as it's advertised as Rite Suites but turned out to be a regular hotel with no suite features. The cleanliness was subpar, and there were no clear instructions or amenities provided. On the bright side, the fumigation was a plus point, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
Upon entering the room, there was an off-putting smell, and the room didn't align with the 'suite' description. It lacked cleanliness, and essential information like a TV guide or breakfast details were missing.
Service
5.0
The service was a letdown. There were issues with room cleaning, and communication from the staff was poor. Finding hygiene concerns in the room and being offered a mere free drink as compensation was unacceptable.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was a mix of ups and downs. While it was close to the Strip and within walking distance, the surrounding areas were under construction, affecting the overall appeal.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing with repetitive and low-quality food offerings, including lukewarm pancakes, watery eggs, and stale pastries.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities left much to be desired, with issues like a malfunctioning coffee maker and inconsistent water temperature. Not worth the price paid.

6.2/10

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms were spacious and offered great amenities like a pullout sofa, kitchen, and TVs in both the living area and bedroom. Plus, being located above the lobby provided a quiet escape from the traffic noise. However, there were some downsides, like the presence of roaches in the room and the dated furniture. Overall, a decent stay but with some room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a pullout sofa, kitchen, and TVs. Being located above the lobby was a nice touch to avoid traffic noise.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some issues with maintenance repeatedly disturbing us despite not needing any service. Also, setting a receipt on a plate with food was not the best experience.
Location
7.0
The location was decent, with easy access to the Las Vegas Strip and a short Uber ride to popular attractions like MGM. However, it was quite far from the city center and the initial prices shown during booking were a bit misleading.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its flaws, with overcrowding making it less enjoyable. Also, the absence of a bar or food until Tuesday was disappointing. However, the hotel is conveniently located near other dining options like Wynn and Encore.

5.0/10

The hotel was surprisingly spacious for the affordable price, but lacked hot water and had a terrible odor. The need for a sleeper sofa or couch instead of chairs was evident.

Rooms
5.0
The room was much larger than expected for the price, but the lack of hot water made for quick showers in uncomfortably hot water. Additionally, the room had a persistent unpleasant smell of rotting and mildew.
Service
5.0
The service was average overall, but some maintenance issues needed attention. Despite efforts to be accommodating, the staff's response to significant concerns left much to be desired.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, but the surrounding area felt dirty and could be improved. The one-way street layout made access challenging.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was underwhelming with minimal options, though the pricing was reasonable for what was offered.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities had some drawbacks, with reports of outdated security and cleanliness issues; improvements are essential for a better stay.
